Chemical frosting

Coating
Coating with water-based lacquer - one or several colors with unlimited color range. The effect of lacquer is shiny, solid, transparent, as well as matt or metallic. By colorless matt lacquer also achieves the effect of chemical frosting . The coating is made on an automated line, then the product is baked at low temperature.
Screen printing
Screen printing with thermoplastic inks –the inks are organic based, followed by baking at low temperature. Capacity is applying with 1 to 6 colors. The lettering remains embossed and durable. Full range of colors. Mostly devoted to one color and there is an opportunity to work with dual component inks. We work with leading European manufacturers of paints and inks.
Hot foil stamping
Hot foil stamping - mostly popular as gold and silver, but also includes a variety of bright colors and other effects. Excellent combined with lacquered bottle. The machine allows to be applied a metallic edge on a plastic cap.
Metallization
The metallization is a process that allows to achieve metallic effect onto a glass surface.
